Join the Bullish Studio team as a marketing and business development intern. Make an impact by supporting the day-to-day functions as well as carrying out the larger picture processes. The focus of the role will be in support of both Bullish Studio's clients and owned initiatives.   

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in new business lead prospecting, building pipelines, and supporting sales outreach

  • Work on competitive analysis in the effort to find opportunities to reach out to brands and potential clients

  • Support the Bullish Studio sales team in creating pitch materials and new business collateral

  • Participate in sales and marketing meetings in the effort to take notes and formats next steps

  • Support existing Bullish Studio client deliverables and reporting

  • Assist in Bullish Studio corporate coms and marketing initiatives, creating and publishing social-focused content

  • Provide additional administrative support to the sales and marketing teams

Candidate Profile:

  • Creative with ability to stay relevant on latest trends in both media and various industries Interest in marketing, corporate storytelling, media, investing

  • Demonstrated history of posting social content with clear focus

  • Not required to have established a following around finance or markets, but is a plus

  • Self starter, strong ability to communicate timelines and high team

  • Experience with social media platforms, analytics and tracking social platform metrics 

  • Some experience with Keynote, Google Slides, etc Availability 10-20 hours a week in office located in Tribeca, NYC

Bullish Studio is seeking a passionate Account Manager to steward client programs and relationships, all in the effort of ROI for our advertising partners.  The ideal candidate is familiar with a variety of advertising formats including social, video, newsletter. The role is hybrid remote/in-person, based out of our NYC office.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day campaign management across Bullish Studio’s advertising campaigns and partners

  • Assist in new business efforts by developing, planning, and executing client proposals

  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external teams through exceptional client service

  • Build and deliver media plans for new clients using strategic insights and best practices

  • Regularly consult internal and external teams on campaign learnings, and optimizations

  • Troubleshoot issues on live campaigns

  • Regularly provide campaign reporting to clients

  • Own client onboarding from point of sale through campaign launch using internal systems and process

  • Utilize strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 - 3 years experience in digital media, advertising, media sales

  • Experience with digital media and advertising products, building media plans and executing cross-platform advertising partnerships

  • Client-facing experience is a plus

  • Strong analytical and media metric knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to be in person in our Tribeca office at least 2 - 3 days a week

Join the Equity Animal team as a retail-focused investor relations intern. Make an impact by supporting the day-to-day functions as well as carrying out the larger picture processes. The retail investor relations focused team is responsible for leading deSPAC's, IPOs, marketing M&A processes, and connecting issuers to investors. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support client's finance, marketing, and social media teams with content creation and scheduling to deliver content focused around corporate storytelling  

  • Tracking social media platforms; regularly share key learnings within articles and creative media to showcase findings in short form audio, video, photo, or short form posts

  • Quarterly earnings and reporting tasks include supporting colleagues in advising clients through earnings seasons and reporting periods, preparing deliverables for investor presentations, assisting drafting scripts of management remarks, aggregating Q&A question prep, reviewing peer trends

  • On an ongoing basis, the intern will assist with drafting, reviewing, editing uploading, and the distribution of press releases

  • Manage the scheduling of internal and external client calls, investor meetings, and client management team calendars during conferences 

  • Research, aggregate and distill information on investors prior to meeting with management teams into information packs, company and investor profiles

  • Keep client workflows on track by taking diligent notes during both internal and external calls 

  • Supports ad-hoc business dev initiatives including client pitches and preparation of pitch presentation materials as needed

  • Creation of posts for twitter, instagram, and other social media platforms for both internal content and client branded content

  • Authoring 3-4 articles on a monthly basis focused around investor relations. Freedom to use creativity while general themes stay relevant to the industry of Investor Relations, IR strategy & updates, latest market trends, or creative ways companies are using Investor Relations to communicate with shareholders. Creative freedom to write with personality, adoption of professional style, and add to personal writing portfolio for professional communications. Will be used as published evergreen content on website with potential to begin newsletter format sent on a regular basis to clients.
